In partnership with the librarian of one of our local elementary schools, we were able to send 213 books to Hebbronville Elementary School in South Texas.

Harvey Cat 4 Teachers has donated 1,130 books so far this school year. We donated 445 to teachers during March Madness. Thank you for your continued support of literacy.
February has been a slower month for us but we have donated about 200 books this month. More to come!
Harvey Cat 4 Teachers gave away 485 books in the month of January. We are helping build classroom libraries one book at a time.
We donated 181 books to teachers this week! 45 books went to a local pre-school, 30 books went to a 6th grade Language Arts teacher, 76 books went to a team of Junior High Language Arts teachers, and 30 went to a 9th grade Language Arts teacher.

Harvey Cat 4 Teachers was the recipient of the Houston Bar Association annual book drive. We received about 25 boxes of gently used books! We plan to help teachers in the Greater Houston Area build or supplement their classroom libraries. In addition, we look forward to creating another mobile lending library in our community.
Harvey Cat 4 Teachers received its first grant award! I look forward to helping more teachers encourage reading in and out of the classroom. Peace and Happy Holidays.
Sunday, December 8, 2018 we dropped off our first mobile lending library. With the support of our community and The Scholastic Literacy Partnerships, we donated 250 books for all ages to the Harvest Truck. Thank you donors.
